Situated on the Roussillon plain, this vineyard is cradled by the Tramontane wind all year round. The soil is clay-limestone, stony with a marl subsoil.
Grape varieties - Vinification
Vines selected for their limited yield (45 hl/ha), harvested at full maturity. The grapes, picked at optimum ripeness, undergo a rigorous selection process. Harvest at the beginning of September.
Traditional de-stemmed vinification - direct pressing. Low temperature fermentation.
The cellars, equipped with the latest refrigeration and pressing technology, allow for meticulous winemaking.
Aging
The wines are aged for 6 months in vats in cellars air-conditioned to 16°C.
Tasting
This wine, with its light colour and pink highlights, combines freshness with a flattering aromatic profile of red berries.
